Meet Carly

Carly Romano Designs is my independent creative studio. I bring together more than 11 years of experience as an Art Director and Graphic Designer across in-house teams, agency partnerships, and my own studio. I create bold, thoughtful, and beautifully crafted design across branding, digital content, packaging, campaigns, and websites.

I’ve worked with clients in travel, hospitality, food, fashion and beauty, healthcare, and direct selling. No matter the project, I focus on collaboration and storytelling. My goal is to create work that connects with people while also moving the business forward.

Outside of client projects, I enjoy making collages, experimenting with printmaking, spending time in nature, cooking, and finding inspiration in books and music. These passions keep me curious and creative. They influence my design work and help me deliver results that feel both strategic and full of personality.
