Design Latitude is a personalized mentorship program for designers who are stepping into the industry, navigating change, or preparing for their next level. It combines honest feedback, portfolio development, and real-world insight. The focus is simple. Stronger work. Confident decisions. A clear path forward.
Three mentorship paths meet you at different stages. Choose the level of support that fits your goals. Each experience is tailored to your portfolio, your direction, and the way you want to grow.
I bring more than 13 years of experience as an Art Director and Graphic Designer. My background spans in-house teams, agency partnerships, and my own freelance studio. I have worked across retail, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, fashion & beauty, tourism, and other growing industries. My range of experience shapes how I mentor. It provides real insight into team structures, workflows, and creative expectations.
This is the support I wish more designers had at the start of their careers. Through one-on-one sessions, portfolio reviews, and practical industry guidance, mentees build confidence, refine their work, and learn how to move through the design field with intention.

The Design Latitude Collective is a FREE, 3-month mentorship experience for design students and early-career designers in their first five years in the industry.

The Design Latitude Intensive is a 75-minute 1:1 session for designers who want focused, real-world guidance. We use this time to dig into your portfolio, your goals, and where you’re trying to go next. You’ll leave with honest feedback, clear next steps, and a stronger sense of direction.
